Iceni Projects is pleased to announce that Claire Day has joined the company as a Director within the planning team.

Claire is a Member of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Royal Town Planning Institute and has some 15 years’ experience in Planning Consultancy.  She has provided advice to both public and private sector clients on all aspects of the planning and development process relating to, major mixed use housing, retail, and leisure and employment schemes.

Claire joins Iceni Projects after 8 years working at Colliers International where her objective was to safeguard and maximise the potential of her clients’ property assets.  These clients were drawn from the public and private sectors and included public and private property companies, local authorities, pension funds and other financial institutions, as well as developers, retailers, corporate occupiers and private individuals. Claire is looking forward to advising the clients of Iceni in all planning related matters.
