Iceni Projects is pleased to announce that Ian Mayhead has joined the company as an Associate within the planning team.
Ian is a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute and has over 10 years’ experience, with 6 years in the private sector. He has provided advice to both public and private sector clients on all aspects of the planning and development process, relating to sports stadia, major mixed use housing, and commercial schemes.
Ian joins Iceni Projects following time at St George plc where he focused on influencing emerging policy from central government and assisting colleagues on all planning matters relating to their large-scale residential-led developments across London. This followed over 5 years working at Savills plc where he aided the successful delivery of the Olympic Stadium as well as subsequently advising on its transformation post-games. In addition he successfully worked on a number of estate regeneration schemes on behalf of developers and housing associations, and aided the delivery of housing schemes in the southeast on behalf of large-scale housebuilders. Ian is now looking forward to advising the clients of Iceni in all planning related matters.
