Iceni Projects organised an ‘Open Day’ for local residents to see and comment on plans for the redevelopment of Swan House, Woodford Green.

The site is currently occupied by the Royal Mail, who in January 2014 announced that the building was no longer suited to its operational needs; and as a consequence it would be moving its Woodford Green delivery office to a new site in Debden by early 2015.  

The proposals envisaged bringing forward a high-quality mixed use development comprising of 9 new homes and a ground-floor retail unit.
