September 2012 is proving to be a significant month for Iceni Projects with three new Directors joining the planning team, these latest recruits from Drivers Jonas Deloitte and Gerald Eve bring many years’ experience and help to further establish Iceni in a range of property sectors.

Andrew Gale joins to take a leadership role within the Iceni planning team, he brings c.20 years’ experience having begun work in local authority, Andrew joins from Drivers Jonas Deloitte where he was a Partner specialising in large-scale complex mixed-use regeneration projects.  He comments on his move “Iceni offers a refreshing approach and will afford me the opportunity to really develop client relationships, I am excited at the prospects of working with developers and house-builders and to helping steer them through the ever-changing UK planning system.”      

Kieron Hodgson joins Iceni Projects as a Director specialising in Central London.  Having previously worked with Gerald Eve, Kieron's appointment provides Iceni with a significant presence in the Central London property Market, especially within the West End.  His knowledge, calmness and self-assurance are plain to see to both his new colleagues and loyal clients.  Of his recent move Kieron said “The new Iceni office, in the heart of Soho, offers an ideal base from which to further develop my work within Central London, it pays to be close to the sites, opportunities and the clients so we are ideally placed.”

Lyndon Gill also joins as a Director having previously worked at Drivers Jonas Deloitte. He works on large-scale mixed-use developments and has particular skills in retail and town centre schemes.  Lyndon said of his appointment “The evolving planning regime requires consultants who are considered in their approach, are commercial and who can respond quickly.  Iceni offers a unique environment and I am looking forward to developing my client base here.”
