Award-winning property advisory firm Iceni Projects has today (25 October) announced four new appointments to its Planning team.

Andrew McPheat joins the team as a Planner. Lucy Furber and Oliva Bostock have joined Iceni’s Manchester team as Assistant Planners.

Ian Anderson, Chief Executive, Iceni Projects, said:

“I am delighted to welcome four new members to the Iceni tribe. We are continuing to expand our advisory offer across the UK, at a time when housing and our planning system is at the heart of the Government’s attempt to address intergenerational inequality.”

“’I am excited to be joining the Iceni team and to be working on some really interesting projects.

“The business is very ambitious and I’m eager to help play my part in its growth, working with excellent clients, including St Congar and Green Monarch, to deliver on their property ambitions.”

Iceni Projects’ Strategic Planning team has recently secured planning consent for 1,965 new homes on the derelict former GSK and Sunblest bakery sites in Greenford.

Iceni Projects’ Manchester Office has recently secured planning consent for a 320 bed student housing scheme in Derby for Prosperity Capital, two separate family housing developments in central Manchester for Watch This Space and continue to be retained by Urban Splash on a number of projects across the North West.
