The continuing growth of Iceni Projects has included the recruitment of a number of planning consultants with extensive London project experience. We are collectively now able to provide genuine knowledge and capability across each of the 32 London boroughs and the Corporation of London, together with strong working relations with the Greater London Authority.
Why use Iceni? In all of the Central London boroughs and across a number of key outer boroughs, we are combining our commercially-focused planning advice with the political and stakeholder insight offered by our Community Planning team. This approach offers our clients a key advantage in securing the best outcome for their development interests.
London is a vast City, and inevitably, different people have different contacts and experience. We seek to ensure that the sum of the parts is greater than the whole by sharing our knowledge across the office, but equally, recommending the skills-set of different directors and associates as projects demand. We are particularly excited by the work that Kieron Hodgson is securing from clients such as Soho Estates and The Howard de Walden Estate in Westminster, but that’s only scratching the surface. From niche restaurant schemes in Soho to major brownfield regeneration projects in Lewisham, Iceni has it covered. Current London planning schemes include plans for development at The Queen’s Club in West Kensington; the redevelopment of the former Glaxo Smith Kline headquarters site in Greenford; a major J Sainsbury store in Barking, and; a high-quality residential-led scheme in Putney.
That seemed to us to be a very good reason to produce a London Planning flyer demonstrating our capabilities. And so without further ado, here it is.
