Iceni Projects, acting on behalf of Spiritbond, have secured planning permission from the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames for the development of a new six storey, 310 bedspace student accommodation on Kingston Road, New Malden. The new student accommodation will help meet the growing needs of Kingston University who, alongside the Authority, have identified that there is a current need of for 1,700 student bedspaces within the Borough.
